Continuing on from yesterdays post below on CRISTIANO RONALDO & his "sadness", at REAL MADRID CF the below diagram of "Top Football Players Salaries" may shine a light on things.
Top Football WagesCR7 is currently the 10th "Best Paid" Footballer in World Football, far from the Nº1 Samuel Eto´o with 20M€ / year. I suspect that part of the "Ronaldo Crisis" that has saturated the local & World Sports papers has to do with this, that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to lift in this ranking.
When he says that REAL MADRID does not appreciate him, I suspect he means in economic terms, that his "arch rival/s" earn more than he does, & this apparantly makes him sad, very sad.
