SPAIN 5 - SAUDI ARABIA 0

SPAIN defeated SAUDI ARABIA Coached by ex-Barça Coach Frank Rijkaard 5 - 0 in an International Friendly, before the important World Cup Group qualifier coming up in a few days against Georgia.

Spain started with a line-up of players who don´t get the playing minutes that others do like Xavi, Xabi, Ramos, Iniesta,Casillas...etc, but were just as effective & dominiate. Players like Cazorla ( who scored) , Beñat , Monreal & Juanfran put in good performances.

Fernando Torres notched up his 100th International Cap, but was not accurate in his attempts at putting a "cherry on the cake" with a goal.

Lastly, the highlight was the return of DAVID VILLA after being out 9 months with a penalty goal that brought back a smile to the player & gives Spain back a valuable Football asset.
